Inquiries sent via the form are not stored on the website; they are delivered to our mailbox by the email service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) acting as processor [owner to confirm: data processing agreement]. Our mailbox is operated by Microsoft 365 (provided via GoDaddy), where inquiries and emails are stored [owner to confirm: contract and storage region]. Data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Local storage
The website sets no cookies. Your language is determined solely by the address you visit. If you explicitly choose a colour scheme (dark, light or system), your browser stores this choice locally (localStorage, key “octapeak-theme”). It is not transmitted to us and can be deleted in your browser settings.
